How Will Flooding Be Mitigated?

Strata’s consultants identified the Surface Water Flooding which occurs outside the development site at Redbrook and further north. In order to ease this Strata are looking to improve drainage pipes to the north of the site. Alongside this Strata will be managing surface water within the site by creating new Ponds, Swales and Basins to control and restrict water leaving the site.
